By registering and participating in any APT course, participants acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks and agree to follow all safety rules, instructor commands, and range regulations at all times. Participants confirm they meet all course prerequisites, are legally permitted to possess and use a firearm, and accept full responsibility for their equipment and actions during training. American Patriot Tactical reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to follow safety protocols, without refund, in the interest of safety.
